Welcome to Muse Inspired’s book club. Sometimes we find ourselves too busy to take the time to read. We found that reading with friends is a great encouragement to getting in at least one book. What’s more fun than discussing a novel with a friend?
For our first year of hosting a book club we decided to go with Classics of the 1800s. These old books are so famous they still influence stories even today. Whether you are a fan of classic literature or just want to read books you feel everyone should read at least once, join us on our reading adventure!
February’s Book: The Island of Doctor Moreau by H.G. Wells
You’ll often see in TV series and movies a little influence from H.G Wells’ Dr. Moreau. A character washes up on a strange island where they meet strange creatures, experiments, and their insane creator. It felt like a fun choice for our second book!
When you’re done reading, don’t forget to leave us some comments!
